Register Online

Fill in all information below. In the bottom box please enter the student’s name, the class/day/time, and press submit. You may then either mail or drop off tuition payment. All students must submit a signed waiver in order to participate in classes. Waivers can be downloaded HERE and are available at the studio. We accept cash or checks payable to the Lincolnshire Academy of Dance for payment and  Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Online Registration will be confirmed via e-mail.
