Modern

Modern dance explores movement, space, rhythm and the dancer’s own creativity with emphasis on momentum, shapes and patterns. This form of dance is inspired by nature, music, art and human emotions. Our modern classes are accompanied by live percussionists using congas, a drum kit and other percussive instruments during these classes. Modern is done with bare feet.

• Level 1- 10+- Beginner- No Prior Experience.
• Level 2- Ages 11-13- Some Experience.
• Level 3- Ages 14+ or Placement-  Intermediate.
• Level 4- Ages 16+ or Placement- Advanced.
