Pointe

Ballet is the foundation for all dance forms. We teach a combination of Vaganova (Russian) and Royal Academy (English) for proper technique. Body placement, flexibility, balance, alignment, strength and technique are achieved through barre and center work. Our levels follow a syllabus and students must master each level physically and mentally before moving on to the next level.

Pointe 1- Placement only- Beginning.
Pointe 2- Placement only- Intermediate.
Pointe 2/3 and 3- Placement only- Advanced.
